The Red Tent

The Moonrite’s Red Tent was inspired by literature, history, and myth – but it was designed and created by the original Grandmother of the Moonrite. The hand-painted dome has taken more than ten years of time, sweat, and creativity to become what it is today and it is the largest symbol of the Sisterhood’s passion and dedication to our Rites. Every year Amazons spend hours lovingly creating the Rite’s space and rebuilding the sacred Red Tent for the Moonrite.
